Today, we are doing a 30 minute glutes focused workout with dumbbells & a booty band. We are working on all the muscles in our glutes today - gluteus medius, minimus, and maximus. Quick, sweaty, and intense! - SUGGESTED WARMUP:    • 5 minute WARMUP routine at home || No...   - OUTFIT & EQUIPMENT: https://liketk.it/3N7HF For this lower body workout, I will be using the following equipment: 2 X 35 LBS [16 KG] 1 X 45 LBS [20.5 KG] BENCH/CHAIR [any sturdy chair will work] BOOTY BAND ELASTIC BAND [OPTIONAL] As always, the timer is just a suggestion - please feel free to pause this workout and take your time.
