CHICKEN TANDOORI TIKKA BOTI • Chicken Breast (500 gr) First wash and Drain Water and Then Cut into Medium Pieces • Take Bowl Put Chicken Pieces and • Add Lemon Juice 2 Teaspoons • Add Garlic Paste 1 1/2 Teaspoon (On Tissue Paper Soak the Water from Gralic paste) Only Dry paste • Add Ginger Paste 1 Teaspoon (On Tissue Papers Soak the Water from Ginger Paste)Only Dry Paste • Add Thick Yoghurt 1/2 Cup (Drain Water from yoghurt ) • Oil 2 Teaspoons • INGREDIENTS • Red Kashmiri Powder 1 Tablespoons • Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons • Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon • Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoon • Red Chilli Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons • Garam Masala Powder 1 Teaspoon • Kasturi Methi (Fenugreek)1 Teaspoon • Chaat Masala Powder 1 Teaspoon • Nutmeg and Maice Powder 1/4 Teaspoon • Red Food Colour 1/2 Teaspoon • Salt 1 Teaspoon • Put all ingredients Masala into chicken and marinate chicken for 4 to 5 minutes nicely and keep for 1 hours or (Optional Also Cooking at the same time also) • Soak the sticks into water for about 20 minutes • Keep Koyla for burn in low heat for give Smoke for Chicken • Heat pan put Oil in low Medium flame • Take Stick put Chicken Boti into Sticks and put in pan and cook 1 Side for 5 minutes in low Medium flame and another side for 5 minutes put Oil 2 Teaspoon upon Chicken • Put Oil Brush upon Chicken • And give Smoke for Chicken for 30 Seconds or as Needed • Garnish with Lemon Slices, Tomatoes Slices, Onions Slices , Cucumber Slices and Green Chutney
