BHEL PURI RECIPE • GREEN CHUTNEY • Lemon Juice 2 Teaspoons • Salt 1 Teaspoon • Cumin Powder 1/2 Teaspoon • Green Chilli 6 to 7 pieces • Mint leaves 1 cups • Coriander leaves 2 cups • Water 2 to 4 Teaspoons and grind mix and make Green Chutney • KHATI METHI SPICY CHUTNEY • Jaggery powder 1/2 cup • Date pieces 13 to 14 • Tamarind plup 1 cup • INGREDIENTS • Ginger powder 1 Teaspoons (saunt) • Red Chilli Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon • Cumin Powder powder 1 Teaspoon • Black Salt 1/2 Teaspoon • Water 4 Teaspoons and grind mix and make Khati Methi Spice Chutney • Make Dough for Puri • Take Bowl put Flour Maida (220 gram)full 1 Cup • Add Oil 1 1/2 Teaspoon • Add Salt 1/2 Teaspoon • Add Cumin Seeds 1/4 Teaspoon • Add Milk to make Thick Dough • Make Small ball make puri and then give small cut in Middle of puri with the help of knife • Heat Oil and put Puri and fry in low Medium flame first side of puri 2 to 3 minutes fry and another side 2 minutes until brown colour • ROASTING • Take Pan Heat Oil 1 Tablespoon • Add Curry Leaves 1/2 cup • Add Peanut 1/2 cup • Add Roasted channa dal 1 cup • Add Puffed Rice (Murmura)150 grams • INGREDIENT • Add Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon • Add Salt 1 Teaspoon • Add Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons • Add Orange Food Colour 1/2 Teaspoon • Add Red Sev 100 grams or as Needed • All Roast in Medium low flame for 5 to 6 minutes • Method for Making Bhel Puri • Take Bowl put Puffed rice(Murmura)Roasted • Put 1 Onions Chopped • Put 1 or 2 Tomato Chopped • Add Red Sev 1/2 cups • Add Chaat Masala 1 Teaspoon • Put Coriander leaves handful • Put Kathi Methi Spices Chutney and Green Chutney (Each 2 1/2) Teaspoons or as Needed • Put 2 or 3 puri papdi Breaks Small Pieces and Mix Well • Garnish with onion, tomatoes, sev, Coriander leaves and Chutney
