I love the use of color in my portfolio, especially when used in a bold and emotive way. In this shoot I use a red gel on both the main light and the background. Then, I use a blue gel as a fill light. In post-processing I tweak the colors to create a bit more of a magenta color and to pop the contrast in the image for even richer colors. As you can see from the BTS this setup was not that complicated and the straight out of camera was very close to the end result. Just a little bit of processing got the image where I wanted it to be!
