FE: Dream of Five 0% Growths LTC Chapter 15

Arcus found dead in a ditch as the route split has finished. We get too many promotions this map also, at a staggering 5. Rena promotes to a wyvern, and Rozelle promotes since she's neat for this map and can potentially be used in later maps. This is a defeat boss map, and the boss is pretty far away, however its the now Berserker Dismas, meaning he can actually traverse the peak, saving us a bunch of time as we can just kill him on enemy phase. Eurdira grinded out light rank last map, so during enemy phase 1 she hits S light, which is great since we also want to be training her dark magic rank for a kill threshold in chapter 23. Corbeau is very useful here as she can still one round these bulky brigands with the silver bow we got last map. Our new unit Severin can also one round these dudes with fimbulvetr, however we choose not to as we want him to get to S rank tomes so we use Elfire instead which gives 2x weapon exp. Meliza finally picks up a staff in a clear as she plays a supportive role here instead. The turn 1 formation with Eudira only works because the armor knight has a warding lance, giving him res so he can survive Eudiras counter attack, which is good since it clogs up the space letting her only take 3 attacks instead of 5. Our new units in the bottom right clear out the enemies next to them, and promote on turn 2 since their mounted movement is needed for the clear. On turn 3 we dropped Corbeau on a mountain to kill the 2 armor knights since that was the only tile she could lure them from without getting in range of an archer that would kill her. Corbeau can die here if both armors roll up on strength, AND both hit their 30% hits, but eh. If I was really concerned I could've just stat checked at the beginning of the map. While all of this is going on, Rena, Gabe, Marin, and Lyndra are doing a side quest at the top of the map to get a dracoshield from the village. Lyndra can die but its not likely as she would need to get hit by all hits, none of which are particularly accurate. Shout outs to S swords Lyndra btw, as she needs it to one round the mercs with the silver blade. In this recording I kind of messed up, as I should've used a pure water on Marin turn 1, but it worked out anyways since Lyndra dodged so Gabe could barrier instead. I also should have barriered Blixa instead of Eudira because of the siege tome dudes, so oh well. On turn 4 I should have swapped Blixa and Corbeaus position so he could be out of range of one of the siege tomes. Eudira could one round the boss with the glass version of the dark tome we got in chapter 13, but it has way less hit so I decided to grind for light rank so that the silver rank light tome had enough might to get the kill. 4 Turns New units: The quartet of lategame mounts Severin- He's a mage knight with offensive stats slightly worse than Meliza's, but he has the stronger weapon type so it kinda balances out. Hes very close to S rank anima as his base rank is A, meaning its a short term priority to get him there as fast as possible. He scores a lot of kills currently with just elfire so he earns his deployment with ease. Additionally he can use the bolting tome we got last map, which will be useful as soon as next map. se'Mori- He's got the stat spread of Marin and Florent combined and then some. Additionally he has a magic sword prf, which is super accurate, and while it isn't very good for one rounding due to its low might, its a really good weapon in this run. Expect to see him a lot. Conleth- Hes the only mounted archer in this game, which makes him pretty useful in a lot of niche scenarios. He has the highest speed of any unit at 23, which is very competitive even until endgame. I wouldn't expect to see him as much as the other mounts described here, but he pops off still. Bellona- Our new ball of stats with a wyvern. Shes pretty good and required for future boss kills, and we also need to grind her to S rank lances to meet kill thresholds later on, which is why we use the glass lance this map. Sileth- Bad. Mountless loser who has low Magic making her very not useful. I'd be shocked if she did anything after this chapter Rules for the run: I will be going the Musain route at the route split Full Recruitment Deathless 0% Growths obviously Minimum Rigging. I will occasionally rig crits on turn 1 via killer weapons but the plan is to not have to rig at all after turn 1. However, an exception will probably be made for the final boss. Enemy stat variation is a huge problem in this game however, so just know that it will be a factor in most of my clears. I'll try to point out every instance of this that I catch.
