Another video showing you WHAT I EAT IN A DAY for Starch Solution Weight Loss. Today I enjoyed a new Starch Solution Recipe using Buckwheat. Have you tried it before? RECIPES *APPLE & CINNAMON BUCKWHEAT* 1 serving 100g Buckwheat groats 100ml Soy milk 130ml Water 1 TSP Cinnamon 1 TSP Vanilla essence 1-2 TSP Date/Maple Syrup 1 Apple, grated METHOD Wash buckwheat groats under running water and drain. Add soy milk, water, cinnamon, vanilla and date syrup to a medium size pan. Bring up to a boil, and add buckwheat groats. Reduce to a simmer, add apple and cook on low heat according to package instructions, about 8 minutes, then remove from the heat and let the buckwheat rest in a covered pot for another 5 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. *PEA SOUP* 4 Servings 300g Frozen Peas 2 medium white Potatoes (approx. 340g) 3 cloves Garlic 2 medium white Onions 1/2 TSP Italian herbs (dry) 750ml Veggie Stock (Bouillon) Handful fresh Mint leaves (optional) METHOD Chop up onions and potatoes into small pieces and mince the garlic. Add onions and garlic to a large pan, on medium-high heat. Saute with a little stock until soft (5 minutes). Add mixed herbs, potatoes, peas, and stock to the pan, and reduce the heat to a light simmer. Cook until potatoes are soft, 20 mins approx. Remove from the heat, add the fresh mint (optional). Blend to a smooth consistency (I used an immersion blender) *LENTIL & MUSHROOM PASTA* 4 Servings 1 small white Onion 1 small red Onion 3 cloves Garlic 1 Celery stalk 1 medium Carrot 250g Mushrooms 250g Beluga lentils (cooked) 2 TBSP Tomato puree 400g (1 can) chopped Tomatoes 2 Bay leaf 1 TSP Thyme 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar 400g Wholewheat pasta METHOD Chop up onions, celery & carrot into very small pieces and mince the garlic. Add onions, celery, carrot & garlic to a large pan, on medium-high heat. Saute with a little stock until soft (5 -10minutes). Add Bay leaves, & Thyme. Add Sliced mushrooms. Add tomato paste. Mix through. Add cooked Lentils, Balsamic, & chopped tomatoes. Mix & cover. Cook for 10-15 mins. Meanwhile, cook pasta as per packet instructions.
