Grab a dumbbell for this super intense 30 minute legs & glutes workout at home! Wow, this leg day was a real burner! ➡️please use the links below to shop my workout equipment This is an intense dumbbell workout, and we will be performing each exercise for 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, for 2 rounds. I will be using 2 x 25 lbs and 2 x 18 lbs dumbbells - but please feel free to use any weights for this home workout. I also used a a pair of 10 lbs dumbbells to elevate my heels for the goblet squat. It is very important to complete multiple rounds of exercises to build up the strength. Please pause this video and take breaks whenever you need them. A few form tips: think train tracks, not tight rope for the reverse lunges remember to keep your core tight & back straight don't let your knees to cave in during the squats Please make sure you warm up first!
