Welcome to this delicious body-opening, ab-tightening, mind-calming sequence.The practice starts by warming up the arms, shoulders, hips, legs, and spine before taking us deeper into a supine sequence of leg openings. This leads us to core strengthening poses, including light planks, Adho Mukha Svanasanas and lunge stretches. We then enter a series of Standing Poses using the wall for structural adjustment, before winding down and ending with an energy calming Paschimottanasana (forward bend) and a Savasana with legs up against the wall.
