An active nutritious practice that's perfect for days when time is tight. From toes to fingers and everything in between, the practice starts with light openings of the legs before transitioning into groin, hip & lower back releasers. The comes our Core Cycle before getting deeper into our hips, toes, ankles, knees and shoulders. We then gently wind down with supine twists, calming forward bends and an inverted Savasana.
