Beef sirloin chunks, marinated with coarse salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. Pierced on bay laurel branches with a few other aromatic ingredients and grilled over smokey embers. Served with Milho Frito to soak up the delicious juices of the grilled meat. Recipe ∙ 1,6 kg Beef sirloin (Thick chunks) Marinade ∙ Salt & pepper ∙ Olive oil ∙ 4 Garlic cloves, minced Espetadas ∙ 3 bay laurel branches (save the leaves) ∙ Bay leaves ∙ 300grams Portuguese Chourico ∙ 3 bell peppers ∙ 1 onion Milho Frito ∙ 1L chicken stock (2 bouillon cubes) ∙ 500ml water ∙ 350gr mielie meal (cornmeal) ∙ 1 tablespoon fresh parsley ∙ olive oil for frying ∙ fresh garlic to infuse the oil (remove garlic when it is brown) Enjoy!☺ Thank you so much for watching our videos!
