Recipe •2x Pork chops ( about 250g each) Seasoned flour • 1 cup bread flour • ½ tablespoon salt • ½ tablespoon black pepper • ½ tablespoon Garlic powder • ½ tablespoon Onion powder • ½ tablespoon fine coriander Mashed potatoes • 3 Large potatoes • 4 tablespoons butter • 1½ cup of hot milk • salt and pepper to taste Spicy Pineapple Chutney • 1 Pineapple • 1 onion • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes • 1 teaspoon fine ginger • ½ tablespoon minced garlic • ½ teaspoon salt • ½ teaspoon black pepper • ½ cup white sugar • 1 cup white vinegar • 2 cups water( or as needed until pineapples are soft) Gravy • ½ cup seasoned flour • ½ cup butter • 2 cups milk • salt and pepper to taste Enjoy!☺ Thank you so much for watching our videos!
