A delicious leg & hip opening practice that also releases the lower back. This is the 2nd practice of a 3 class series so it's a little more active and explores dynamic openings of the legs, front thighs, feet, hips and spine. We continue with our usage of the bend & extend method to get deeper into those tight areas!
