As our body changes throughout this prenatal journey, our weight selection and our range of motion may need to change as well. (Change our dumbbell selection from 5 to 3 lbs or even body weight and taking a full squat to a quarter squat are just a few examples). I recommend having a variety of dumbbells around incase you need to lighten the load. Besides dumbbells, you will also need a very sturdy chair or counter top. We begin with some light bodyweight cardio that is low-impact. As we progress to our strength portion, we do have breaks built in, but feel free to hit pause if you need to take a longer or more breaks. Let me know how it goes mommas!
