So this is a complete full body vinyasa practice. Within this 40 minute vinyasa yoga practice you can expect feel good warm up, smooth flowing movements, full body stretches, bigger focus on splits and backbends, deep conscious breathing, soft guidance, mesmerizing beach views and beautiful music. We will finish this practice with Shavasana. This 40 minute vinyasa yoga flow will help you improve your full body flexibility. There will be a few hamstrings and hip stretches, spinal waves and backbends that will unlock any tension and stiffness in your body. This sequence is not complicated but it is more targeted towards an intermediate or advanced level practitioners. Modifications will be offered for more advanced asanas. Our movements will resemble the ocean. Its power, fluidity and resilience. Our breathing will flow and our mind will remain peaceful. I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fear. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful. Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore you can repeat this yoga routine 2-3 times a week to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need to use so props. Throughout this practice I will keep reminding you to find connection to your breathing. Try not to neglect it as it plays a huge role in your yoga practice. It allows you to be present and aware. It reveals tension and resistance. It allows to surrender and let go. Do you best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating. Thank you for sharing this journey with me and subscribing to my channel. Much love, Marina . . . . . . . .
