This 40 minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow for intermediate level is a beautiful sequence designed to improve our full body flexibility. Our movements will resemble the ocean. Its power, fluidity and resilience. Our breathing will flow and our mind will remain peaceful. Within this 40 minute complete yoga practice for intermediate level you can expect full body warm up, smooth flowing movements, gentle stretches, bigger focus on backbends, deep conscious breathing, soft guidance, mesmerizing ocean views and beautiful music. We will finish this practice with Shavasana. This 40 minute vinyasa yoga flow will help you improve your flexibility. There will be a few hamstrings and hip stretches, spinal waves and backbends that will unlock any tension and stiffness in your body. This sequence is not complicated but it is more targeted towards an intermediate level practitioners. I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fear. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful. Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore you can repeat this yoga routine 2-3 times a week to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need a set of blocks (you can grab a couple of books), a strap and a folded blanket or towel. Throughout this practice I will keep reminding you to find connection to your breathing. Try not to neglect it as it plays a huge role in your yoga practice. It allows you to be present and aware. It reveals tension and resistance. It allows to surrender and let go. Do you best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating.
