Preparation time – 10mts Cooking time – 30 mts Serve – 3 people Ingredients: Lotus Stem/Nadur – 500gm Asfotedia / Hing – 2 pinch Tej Patta – 2 Jeera / Cumin – 1/4th tsp Moti elaichi – 1 crushed Cinamom /Dalchini – 1 small piece Laung / Clove – 3 Saunf / Fennel Powder – 4 tsp Green Cardomom – 2 crushed Sunth / Ginger Powder – 1/4th tsp Roasted Zeera Powder – ½ tsp Garam Masala – ½ tsp Elaichi Powder – 2 pinches Salt as per taste Yogurt – 2 cups Water – 1 small glass (depends on consistency) Oil Ghee 1 tbs Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
