15 minute PULL UPPER BODY Kettlebell Workout ( Slow Paced Strength Routine🦾)

In this Upper Body Pull Workout we will have for 15 minutes straight, Different exercises for the back, Shoulders & biceps. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds and with 154 seconds rest between the exercises. You can also use your dumbbells for this routine in case you don't have any kettlebells. In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue), 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) Kettlebell.
