In this 30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | No Jump | No Repeat we will have a 6x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the entire body . we will have a mixture of isolation, compound and abs/core movements. Each movement will be performed for 45 seconds long and there will be 20 seconds rest in between.
