GBO2 FA Gundam MK-II: General that plays like a support!

This video is a recent rated match I had with the LV2 FA Gundam MKII. It is a 550-600 general with high HP, great shooting damage and strong melee. Its weaknesses are its slow mobility and no defensive skills outside of Active Guard. I think it has some of the highest ranged burst damage of the 550-600 generals which allows it to have really crazy output. I feel like overall this match went incredibly well so I think it should be a good showcase of the suits abilities. I hope that you enjoy it! The primary ranged weapon of the FA MKII is a double beam gun with 650x2x2 (900x2x2) power, 30%x2 (45%x2) heat, 1.8 seconds cooldown, 18 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m (350m) range, 4 seconds focus time and 10%x2x2 (15%x2x2) stagger value. Uncharged shot has good power but the charged shot instant staggers and has absolutely insane power. It is equal to the charged smart gun on the Ex-S Gundam despite being 100 undercost in comparison so this will be your main source of burst damage. Its primary melee weapon are double beam sabers with 2600 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and standard melee modifiers. The base power makes it so your melee damage is about the same as the original Gundam MKII. It has the same great melee moveset from the Prototype Gundam. Its first sub weapon is a beam gun attached grenade launcher with 1400 power, 2 ammo, 5.5 seconds cooldown, 10 seconds reload, 0.77 seconds swap, 200m range and 25% stagger value. This instant staggers and has good splash radius so its effective to use on its own or to follow up on a beam gun stun with. This can combo into the arm grenades or melee very easily. Its second sub weapon is a head vulcan pod with 105 power, 60 ammo, 600 RPM, 13 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 180m range, 1050 DPS and 3% stagger value. This takes a pretty long 3.4 seconds to stun so its not really practical to stagger enemies with. The DPS though is incredibly high for vulcans so it can do some pretty good damage to follow up with on stuns. Its third and final sub weapon is an arm grenade launcher with 1100x2 power, 2 ammo, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 300m range and 35%x2 stagger value. This doesn't stun on its own but can stagger if combo'd with the beam gun or vulcans. The damage is very high so its great to use for damage pumping as well. The stats and skills of the FAMKII seem more similar to a support than a general, basically halfway inbetween the two classes. Its mobility is higher than 550 cost supports with 125 walking speed, 205 boosting speed, 70 thrust and 63 turning speed but definitely slower than the general options available. It has balancers and forced injectors like a good few 550 cost supports but also lacks maneuver armour and emergency evasion like them as well. This means that your positioning well end up being similar to these close-mid range supports to avoid being an easy target for stunlocking. You still definitely want to melee on this suit when possible though so you need to be confident in your positioning and usage of cover. It is quite tanky despite its lack of defensive skills due to its high 19000 HP along with 26/26/18 defences. You lack the slots to really stack on melee defence though so generals with good melee damage can destroy you decently quickly if you let them get too close. Your only actual defensive skills on the MS are LV1 Damage Control and LV1 Active Guard. LV1 Damage Control gives you 130% stun build up resistance which while useful in certain match-ups, offers no defence against instant staggers. Active Guard does block instant staggers and knock downs but you have to be not moving to use it and it constantly drains thrust. It is of limited use in most situations so you are better off just avoiding getting into situations where you would need it to begin with. Overall, I think that FA MKII is one of the stronger shooting focused 550 generals now. It has high damage no matter how you approach so you can constantly be nuking down the enemy as long as you aren't bullied by stuns. It also doesn't have much trouble approaching the enemy due to its ability to chain staggers together into its powerful melee. It is definitely not for beginners though due to it not having conventional general skills and lacking the type advantage that supports would have in return. It takes a while to learn to use it to the fullest but its definitely well worth the time invested if you have the suit. It is currently gacha exclusive but should be going to the RT store within the next 1-2 months. I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching! Music used: Devil May Cry 2, Spark It Up!
