Upper Body Workout at Home with Dumbbells | Fitness Finale Day 7

Are you ready for DAY 7 Fitness Finale Series? Today, we are doing a 30 minute upper body workout with dumbbells, focusing primarily on shoulders, biceps, and back. Of course, our core & abs will be getting a workout as well! For this home upper body workout (suitable for all levels), I will be using the following dumbbells: 2 x 12 lbs 2 x 20 lbs 📍 ALL EQUIPMENT LINKED BELOW We will perform this upper body workout in supersets of four exercises: we will complete each exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds before moving onto the next exercise. Once we complete 4 exercises, we will repeat that circuit one more time. We will finish this upper body workout with a burnout 🔥 circuit of 4 exercises in a no repeat format. As always, the timer is just a suggestion - please feel free to pause this workout and take your time. Please do not overextend your elbow on the bicep curls - it is best to keep it slightly bent at all times. For rows, focus on using your back to bring the weight up. For all exercises, keep your core nice and tight throughout. Please make sure you warm up first!
