This 40 minute Vinyasa Yoga Practice is a beautiful sequence designed to improve your leg flexibility. We will flow through a number of feel good and very effective stretches for your hamstrings, inner thighs and hips. You can expect smooth flowing movements, deep stretches, a few backbends, deep conscious breathing, soft guidance, mesmerizing ocean views and beautiful music. I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fear. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful. Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore you can repeat this yoga routine 2-3 times a week to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need a set of blocks (you can grab a couple of books) and a folded blanket or towel. This practice includes a targeted warmup. We will begin with a little activation for hamstrings and glutes before we go deeper into our stretches. Throughout this practice I will keep reminding you to find connection to your breathing. Try not to neglect it as it plays a huge role in your yoga practice. It allows you to be present and aware. It reveals tension and resistance. It allows to surrender and let go.
