Arriving in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei, I had limited time to explore this quiet yet fascinating city. Using the 'Dart' taxi app, I started my journey at the Royal Wharf, a serene and clean waterfront area. From there, I headed to the iconic mosque overlooking the river, complete with a stunning Royal Barge replica—though not the largest mosque in the city, it's still a sight to behold. Continuing along the Heritage Trail, I uncovered some of Brunei's historical sites, each with informative signs along the way. Despite the beauty and history, I can't quite figure out what to make of my time here.
