Elevate your tastebuds with the luxurious flavours of Paneer Lababdar ✨ Cook the most delicious meals with the Cookd recipe mixes - click here to BUY NOW 👉🏼 https://shop.cookdtv.com/ Paneer Lababdar Recipe: Base Gravy: Onion (Sliced) - 300 g Tomatoes (Sliced) - 350 g Bay Leaf - 1 nos Whole Black Pepper - 10 nos Cardamom - 4 nos Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tsp (20 g) Green Chillies - 4 nos Cashew - ⅛ Cup (30 g) Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp (6 g) Water - 200 ml Oil - 5 tbsp (75 ml) Paneer - 400 g Coriander Roots - 10 g Base Masala: Oil - 3 tbsp (45 ml) Onion (Chopped) - 200g Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp (3 g) Coriander Powder - 2 tsp (12 g) Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp (3 g) Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp (6 g) Water - 100 ml Tomatoes (Chopped) - 200g Dry Masalas: Pepper Powder - ½ tsp (3 g) Garam Masala - 1 tsp (6 g) Salt - 1 tsp (6 g) Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp (6 g) Garnish: Coriander - 3 g Instructions: 1. Add oil to a pan, and add the ginger and garlic paste. 2. Add the onion and tomatoes to the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes. 3. Add bayleaf, black pepper, cashew, green chili and cardamom to the pan. 4. At the end add the kashmiri red chili powder and give it a good mix. 5. Add water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until everything is soft. 6. Let it cool, and blend it into a fine paste and keep it aside. 7. For the base masala, add oil, cumin seeds, onion and saute it for 2 minutes. 8. Let the onion cook well and then add all the dry masalas to it and add a little amount of water so that it doesn't get burnt. 9. After the masalas are cooked, add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. 10. Add the base gravy to the pan and mix well. 11. Add pepper powder, garam masala and salt. 12. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes and garnish with coriander. Cooking Tips: 1. The paneer can be pan fried to get the brown color to it.
