Aloo Methi Ki Sabzi - A perfect vegetarian recipe that everyone will love. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3R6Byei Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Cooking oil 4-5 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped ½ Cup -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Water ½ Cup or as required -Aloo (Potatoes) cubes 3-4 large -Methi (Fresh fenugreek leaves) 200g -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Lemon juice 1-2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced Directions: -In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & mix well. -Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden. -Add tomatoes & mix well. -Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, green chilli,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add water & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add potatoes,fresh fenugreek leaves & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (18-20 minutes),stir in between & cook until oil separates. -Add garam masala powder,Lemon juice,cover & simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes. -Garnish with green chilli & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Cooking oil 4-5 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped ½ Cup -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Water ½ Cup or as required -Aloo (Potatoes) cubes 3-4 large -Methi (Fresh fenugreek leaves) 200g -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Lemon juice 1-2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced Directions: -Pot mein cooking oio aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Aloo aur methi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per aloo gul janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes) & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Garam masala powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein. -Hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
