This video shows how to replace the drain pump in Miele W1 washing machines. Remove the protective cap: 3:52 Remove the plug, unlock the lye pump and unscrew it clockwise: 4:05 Screw in new drain pump anticlockwise until the lock engages: 4:32 Insert the plug and replace the protective cap: 4:40 Replace the back panel and screw it in place: 4:54 Insert filter element, connect water drain/water inlet/power: 5:40
