If you have any problems, you can find help at: www.miele.com/service Intro & safety and warning instructions: 0:00 Disconnect appliance from mains, turn off tap and unscrew water inlet: 2:22 Remove water drain: 2:40 Unscrew the filter element and let the remaining water run into a shallow container: 2:47 Unscrew the screws of the back panel with a T20 screwdriver and remove the back panel: 3:12 Place towel underneath the lye pump to catch residual water. Remove the protective cap: 3:52 Remove the plug, unlock the lye pump and unscrew it clockwise: 4:05 Screw in new drain pump anticlockwise until the lock engages: 4:32 Insert the plug and replace the protective cap: 4:40 Replace the back panel and screw it in place: 4:54 Insert filter element, connect water drain/water inlet/power: 5:40
