This is a follow along 35 minute full body double Kettlebell workout that will target every muscle group helping you become stronger, build lean muscle and burn energy for hours after completing. Exercises are performed for 30 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest. The exercises are performed for 3 sets each. Exercises included: - FRONT SQUATS x 3 - SUMO DEADLIFT SQUAT x 3 - STATIC LUNGE x 6 (switch leg everytime) - ROMANIAN DEADLIFT x 3 - SHOULDER PRESS x 3 - BENT OVER ROW x 6 (switch arm everytime) - CHEST PRESS x 3 - PULLOVER x 3 ● Be sure to switch legs on lunges every and switch arm on rows every set! ● With the single arm rows, try to stretch upper middle back by taking it slow at bottom to let muscles lengthen then draw elbow up. ● Make sure during Romanian deadlifts to keep your shoulder blades together, knees slightly bent, push butt back and keep head in line with torso as it lowers.
