UPPER BODY/CORE KETTLEBELL HIIT Exercise Breakdown  1. Upright Row 2. Figure 8 3. Kettlebell Swing 4. 1 Leg Overhead Press (Left Side) 5. 1 Leg Overhead Press (right Side) 6. Ulilateral Elbow Pull (Left) 7. Unilateral Elbow Pull (Right) 8. Plank   Perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest between exercises. At the end of each round rest 60 seconds then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
