How to make Hot Chocolate Spoons

Hot chocolate spoons/sticks By:Christia Supplies: Spoons of choice, I used wooden spoons Coffee stir sticks Silicone ice cube mold Sheet tray line with parchment Bowls Measuring spoons and cups spatula Ingredients: Chocolate and/or Chocolate Candy melt Flavourings of choice* (I used cinnamon, dried chili flakes, and hazelnut butter) Method: Melt chocolate. I used the microwave where I went in increments of 15 seconds to melt the chocolate Incorporate the flavourings of your choice to the melted chocolate. If making chocolate spoons: scoop the chocolate mixture onto the spoons. Once all the mixture is evenly distributed let the chocolate harden. If making chocolate sticks: scoop the chocolate mixture into the ice molds and tap the mold on the table to remove air bubbles. Place the coffee stick in the mold and let the chocolate harden. Once everything is hardened, coat the spoons and/or sticks with an outer layer of chocolate/candy melt. Then decorate the chocolate according to your taste To drink: Place a chocolate stick/spoon in a cup and pour hot milk on top. Let it sit and stir it every so often. *please keep in mind different flavourings will affect your product. I would not suggest to not use anything that has water content, as it will seize up the chocolate.
