Start your sehri off on a buttery and flavorful note with our Makhni Anda Lifafa Paratha - a perfect way to fuel up for a day of fasting in Ramadan! #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #NurpurButter #Nurpur Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3ZsSpvv Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Egg Stuffing: -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3 -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium -Water 2 tbs or as required -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Anday (Eggs) boiled 2 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Nurpur butter salted 2 tbs Prepare Dough: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Water 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Nurpur butter salted melted -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs -Water 1-2 tbs -Nurpur butter salted Directions: Prepare Egg Stuffing: -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent. -Add green chillies & mix well. -Add tomato,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add water,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add boiled eggs (grated),fresh coriander & mix well. -Add eggs,mix well & cook for a minute. -Add butter,mix well & set aside. Prepare Dough: -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well. -Add cooking oil,gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 1 hour. -Take a small dough (90g) & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Apply melted butter with the help of brush,sprinkle dry flour & fold all four sides of dough to make a square shape. -Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready! -On rolled dough,add prepared egg stuffing,fold all four sides of dough & seal with flour slurry. -Heat griddle,grease with butter,place lifafa paratha & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden (makes 4) & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: Prepare Egg Stuffing: -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3 -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium -Water 2 tbs or as required -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Anday (Eggs) boiled 2 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Nurpur butter salted 2 tbs Prepare Dough: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Water 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Nurpur butter salted melted -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs -Water 1-2 tbs -Nurpur butter salted Directions: Prepare Egg Stuffing: -Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dald ein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein. -Hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pani,lal mirch crushed,zeera,namak,lal mirch powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Boiled anday (grated) aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein. -Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. Prepare Dough: -Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Cooking oil aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein. -Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rest dein. -Chota dough (90g) lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Melted makhan brush ki madad sa laga lein,maida chirak dein aur dough ki tamam sides ko fold ker ka square shape bana lein. -Maida chirak dein aur rolling pi ki madad sa bail lein. -Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai. -Rolled dough mein tayyar egg stuffing dal dein,dough ki tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur flour slurry laga ker seal ker lein. -Tawa garam karein aur makhan sa grease ker lein,lifafa paratha rakh dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 4) & serve karein!
