Repairing Cast Glass with Di Tocker - by firing it again in the kiln

How to repair a damaged cast glass object by re-firing it in the kiln. Unfortunately one of my glass sculptures was damaged in transit. It was not broken but suffered chips to a couple of the edges. In this video I will show you how I managed to repair the cast glass artwork by patching the damaged areas with wax, re-investing the glass in mould material and putting it through the firing schedule again. After the firing polishing was required to bring the piece back to new again. I am an experienced glass glass artist, having worked solely in this field for 15 years.
