Now mix together flour, baking powder, salt, orange juice, lemon juice, orange rind together in a bowl and fold this mixture in the butter mixture. Add this batter to a cake pan and bake it for 40 minutes on 180 degree . Remove from oven, wait for it to cool, sprinkle icing sugar and serve Grilled Chapli Cheese Sandwich: Ingredients: Beef chapli kabab 1 packet Cheddar cheese slice 6 Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup Bread slice large 6 Oil ¼ cup Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry beef chapli kabab for 20 minutes and set aside .then 6 slices of toast heat on both sides now place the beef chapli kabab on bread slice along with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and grilled on both sides for 15 minutes then serve. Aalu Makhni : Ingredients: Potato ½ kg Saag 6 bunch Soya, Chopped 2 bunch Butter 1 packet Fresh Cream 2 tbsp Fresh Red Chili 8 Chopped Green Chili 4 Salt to taste Turmeric ½ tsp Garlic 4 cloves Oil ½ cup Method: Wash Fenugreek and soaked in a turmeric and in a karahi heat oil fry the potato cubes till golden. Then another karahi heat oil add garlic cloves and add fenugreek saag ,chopped soya ,fresh red chili ,chopped green chili and turmeric and cook. Now fried potatoes and salt add in this mixture and let it cook for 5 minutes and add butter and fresh cream then let it cook another 10 minutes and serve .
