Then add in sugar and mix well until the mixture gets thick. Now add in a bit of pistachios and almonds. Then remove the pan from the heat and add in mango puree. Mix well and add the mixture into the kulfi molds. Now add pistachios and almonds on top. Freeze them overnight and serve. ------------------------------------------- Mango Mousse Cake Ingredients Fresh milk 550 gm Mango puree 250 gm Sugar 100 gm Gelatin powder 10 gm Whippy Whip cream (whipped) 300 gm Sponge 1 For Topping Mango puree 200 gm Gelatin powder 2 gm Method In a pan heat the milk, add in sugar. Then remove the pan from the heat, add in mango puree and gelatin powder. Allow the mixture to cool. Now in a bowl beat the whipping whip cream, add in the mango puree mixture, fold it well. Then slice the sponge into three layers. In the first layer, place it onto the mousse cake mold. Add the mango puree mixture and place it in a freezer until set. Now place the second layer of the sponge, add the whipped cream and topping and spread well. Then add the third layer of the sponge and freeze it for three hours. Lastly decorate the mango mousse cake and serve.
