Bread Samosa Recipe Ingredients: Potatoes: 2 medium-sized (160g) Sandwich or Sweet Bread: 4 slices Onion: ½ onion, finely chopped Green Chili: ½ tsp, adjust according to taste Coriander: ½ tsp, chopped Spices- Garam Masala: ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder: ¼ tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder: A pinch Amchoor (Dry Mango) Powder: A pinch Method: 1. Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Mix in the onion, green chili, coriander, and all spices. 2. Dip the bread in water, then squeeze out the excess water. 3. Place the potato mixture in the center of the bread, fold, and shape into a triangle or parcel. 4. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. 5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
