Avocado Bhel Recipe Ingredients: • 1/3 cup green apple, chopped • 1/3 cup avocado (from half a large avocado), mashed • 1/4 cup raw mango, chopped • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts • 1/3 cup boiled corn • 1 tbsp pudina chutney • 1 tbsp meethi chutney • Salt to taste • 1 tsp chili flakes • 1 tbsp sesame seeds and jaggery mixture • Optional: Chopped onion and green chilies Method: 1. In a bowl, mix together the green apple, mashed avocado, raw mango, roasted peanuts, and boiled corn. 2. Add the pudina chutney, meethi chutney, salt, and chili flakes. Stir well to combine. 3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and jaggery mixture on top for added crunch and sweetness. 4. For extra flavor, you can add chopped onion and green chilies as per your taste. 5.
