Parunuweap is the canyon of the East Fork of the Virgin River. It has amazing sections of narrows (similar to The Narrows in the North Fork river in Zion National Park) and several small waterfalls including Labyrinth Falls which is where the hike ends. This hike was awesome. It has sections you have to swim through, scrambling, and even a tight squeeze under some huge rocks to bypass one of the waterfalls.
