Get psyched for this 30-minute fast-paced, full body workout! We recommend using TWO sets of dumbbells in this class... both a lighter set (1 to 3 pounds) and a medium set (something that feels challenging but doable). In this class you will have four rounds of work and each round will incorporate a sculpting exercise using light weights, a strictly cardio kickboxing exercise, and a heavier dumbbell strength exercise.
