This 45-minute workout is a LOW-IMPACT strength & cardio workout made for all levels and all ages. We move to the beat of the music (in 8 counts) so if that is too fast, go at your own pace! We are using 8 pound dumbbells, but use whatever is best for you. This is a LIVE FORMAT class, meaning there are no bells, buzzers, and only a timer during the cardio rounds.
