Healthy Kotlet | Persian Food | Healthy & Easy Cooking with Chef Tara Radcliffe

This is a super easy and healthy recipe that I am sure you will love! Its a healthy version of the classic Iranian Kotlet. Its not only super good for you, but it's also absolutely DELICIOUS! Its one of my favorite cooked items that I keep in our fridge at home and I am sure that it will soon be one of your favorites as well! Here are the ingredients you will need: 1 grated Zucchini 1 grated Carrot 1 grated Yellow Onion 1 bunch chopped Italian Parsley 1 Egg 2 tbs garlic salt 2 tbs turmeric 2 tbs cumin salt & pepper 1 lb Ground Turkey Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Heat large frying pan with 2 tbs of oil. Take a small bunch of the mix (size of an egg) and form into a patty. Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
