Solo Summer Wild Camp in the Coniston Fells on Grey Friar with the Wild Country Helm 2

In this Camp I return to the Coniston Fells, I head up to the Old Man of Coniston via Goats Water but decided to avoid the Old Man due to the summit being very busy. After walking along the tops I pass Brim Fell and reach Swirral How, next up is Great Carrs and then finally after collecting water I reach Grey Friar home for the night. After pitching the Helm 2 and reminiscing of using the tent years ago I release I’m not alone “again” but still enjoy watching a stunning sunset. The following morning is warm and still and as I make my way back down I pass Levers Water before reaching the YMCA and finally back to the car.
