I wrote this song in July of this year in my hotel in Jerusalem a month after 21 days of fasting and praying for Israel with 5 million other believers around the world. I wasn't planning on writing a song, but when I sat down and opened to Jeremiah 31, this song poured out in melody and tears. On the morning I heard of Israel's attack on 10/7, I wept. For days I couldn't stop thinking about the people and land of Israel - carrying them in my heart and singing this song of God's promises over them. I reached out to friends who have the resources to help me put this video together to share with you, so that you can sing this song of Jeremiah 31 over Israel. God WILL rebuild her, she WILL be comforted, she WILL sing of the goodness of God because He has loved her with an everlasting love.
