(CHECK OUT THE ORIGINAL 12 MIN SHOULDER BAND VID HERE) :    • 12 Minute Theraband Shoulder & Back S...   In going through many of the comments and questions from this video and my other social media I've focused this new video on ROTATOR CUFF (inner shoulder muscles) to help you work on this. These muscles formulate the base of support for your entire shoulder joint and are commonly injured through general overuse or sporting injuries. When you strengthen these muscles you will find better ability to do pushups, full body exercises and even weights because the deeper muscles can support the larger muscles. If this is the first time you are doing the video, pay attention to technique and also seek advice of your medical professional if you have an injury or ongoing pain.
