Watch my bus journey from Karwar to Mangaluru By KSRTC Airavat Club Class Volvo B9R . This is the most scenic route to try in the day time as you get to visualize many beautiful landscapes , beach sides and many more . The bus is scheduled 6:45 AM from Karwar Bus Stand and scheduled to reach Mangaluru by 12:15 PM . The distance comes to be at 275 KMS . The route entirely covers the Karnataka's Coastal route from North to South . If you go ahead of Karwar you would be reaching Goa and if you go below Mangaluru you would be reaching Kerala . However we departed Karwar by 6:44 AM and reached Mangaluru by 12:09 AM which was 6 minutes ahead of the arrival . However we encountered heavy rainfall on our way to Mangaluru as the coast side had very heavy rains and cliff breakdowns as heard in the news . This was a back to back journey as i had reached Karwar the same day at 6:35 AM by Airavat Club Class Volvo B11R even that journey was an epic one . We reached Bhatkal at 9:02 AM and had halted for breakfast break at Bhatkal Bus Stand for around 20 minutes . The driver literally drove very well even though there was no visibility after Udupi due to heavy rains and had the bus in control . I was a bit dissapointed at the first since i had expected a Volvo B7R but got a B9R and it was even mentioned in the website as Airavat . So will be trying the Airavat Volvo B8R on Coimbatore to Bengaluru route very soon . We got off at Lalbagh bus stop as the bus would not be going to the bus stand .
