Hoover Elite Rewind Upright Vacuum

Here I'm showing is the newest vacuum in my collection. I actually just picked this up earlier today for $70 on Facebook Marketing in my area. It was brand spanking new, never been opened or used. The box itself was sat in a closet for a long time so it had some dust and tears on it but it never affected the vacuum itself. The only thing I did was I replaced the belt because the original one was stretched out for sitting so long in the box but other than that, this thing is in perfect shape! For some odd reason the performance indicator gauge barely moves but I'm not going to bother fixing that. This is the second one that I own in my collection, the other one was also bought brand new back in 2005 as a Christmas gift which was when these first came out. The only differences that I noticed between the two was the other one had a grey bottom plate on the turbine head since this one is black and the height adjuster feels so much smoother on this one so I'm assuming that this one was newer than the other one. Unfortunately the other one has seen better days as it's already falling apart, doesn't look good as it used to be, and it's missing an attachment. I still have the manual and quick assembly paper that goes with it but I don't remember where they went. But I'm really glad that I found this as this takes me back to when I first used my other one. Originally I was going to get the orange Panasonic MC-V7314 as a Christmas present since I wanted an upright that had a cord rewinder like the black Panasonic MC-V7387 from our old cabin but I ended up with this one instead due to more favorable reviews, cost, and it was bagless. Still wished I could've gotten that Panasonic instead but I'm also still glad that I had this. This was the last Hoover that I really liked as a kid and it was one of the last U Series Hoover ever sold, I could care less about the newer UH Hoovers but some of them like the Anniversarys or the Platinum Collections aren't really bad vacuums. At least TTI is trying to have Hoovers designed, engineered, and assembled in the states again. Overall, I'm really impressed with this vacuum. I'm always really amazed by how much this really picks up. I think this is the best bagless upright that I've ever used from Hoover. Just like my other NIB vacuums, this one will also be put back in for storage. At least I don't really need to keep my other one in storage for any longer. Hope you enjoyed!
