English translation is below, for more information check (www.semaprime.ly , email: [email protected]) تم استبدال منظومة التحكم الآلي السابقة للمصنع الجديد لشركة الشروق الليبية للمطاحن و الأعلاف بمدينة الخمس وتم تركيب منظومة التحكم الألي الخاص بشركة سيما الأولى للخدمات الهندسية والتقنية وقفا لفترات الجدول الزمني التالي علما بأن المصنع ينتج بكامل طاقته خلال هذه الفترات 28/10/2021 - 31/3/2022 تركيب المنظومة ومراقبة ادئها لمسارات التصنيع المختلفة 1/4/2022 - 28/9/2022 استلام مبدئي مع تعديل ما يراه فريق التشغيل مناسبا 5/12/2022 استلام نهائي :تتميز المنظومة لهذا المصنع بالآتي 1-سهولة الاستخدام ، يختار المشغل فقط نوع العلف الحيواني وعدد الدُفعات المطلوبة ، ثم تعتني المنظومة بالباقي بشكل آلي حتى الإنتاج النهائي ، ولا يتدخل المشغل إلا عند الضرورة 2- يتم تخزين أسماء وكميات المواد الخام المطلوبة للعلف في قاعدة بيانات المنظومة ويمكن تعديلها / إضافتها / حذفها في أي وقت. 3- تظهر رسائل التحذير والخطأ على الشاشة لجذب انتباه المشغل. 4- يمكن وضع علامة على أي صوامعة للصيانة و لن يتم استخدامها في عمليات التعبئة / الحقن. 5- إذا حدث خطأ في أحد مكونات المصنع فلن يؤثر على العملية التي تليها ، ستظهر رسالة خطأ. 6- لكل مكون (بوابة / محرك) سجل تشغيل خاص به. 7- مستشعرات المستوى وكذلك البوابات والمحركات يمكن تعديل أوقات تأخير التشغيل / الإيقاف ، تراقب المنظومة إذا قام المشغل بإدخال تسلسل زمني خاطئ. 8- تقوم المنظومة بإعداد تقرير يومي للكميات الإنتاج :- طريقة العمل باختصار عند اختيار العلف المراد إنتاجه ، تقوم المنظومة تلقائيًا بتوزيع كميات المواد المطلوبة للعلف على خزانات الحقن ، وعندما ينتهي وزن المواد ، توجه المنظومة المواد الخام للعلف إما إلى المطحنة أو الخلاط وفقًا لـ نوع العلف ، ويوجه البريمكس والكالسيوم والمواد المضافة والزيت إلى الخلاط. توجه المواد الخام إلى خزان أعلى الخلاط (إذا كان نوع العلف يحتاج إلى طحن). عندما تصبح باقي مكونات العلف جاهزة ، يتم إفراغ جميع المواد في الخلاط ، وتبدأ عملية الخلط في وقت محدد ، يتم خلاله إضافة كمية الزيت اللازمة إلى العلف. إذا كان نوع العلف غير مكبوس يتجه العلف بعد الخلط الى خزانات الانتاج النهائي. إذا كان المطلوب علف مكبوس ، فبعد مروره بالمكبس ، يبقى العلف في المبرد ,ومنه اما ان يتم تدشيشه ثم غربلته ثم يوجه إلى خزانات الإنتاج أو من المبرد قد يتم توجيه إلى خزان الإنتاج اذا كان لا يحتاج الى تدشيش وغربلة. تقوم المنظومة بكل ذلك تلقائيًا. يتم نقل العلف المنتج من الخزانات إلى آلات التعبئة والتغليف لتحميله على الشاحنات. ** English Translation *** The previous SCADA "another vendor" was replaced for the new factory of Al-Shorouq Alliebia Company for Mills and Mixing of Feed near the city of Al-Khums-Libya. Sema Prime SCADA was installed according to the timetable below: "full capacity production during these periods" 28/10/2021 - 31/3/2022 Installing the SCADA and monitoring its performance. 1/4/2022 - 28/9/2022 preliminary handover with needed modifications 5/12/2022 Final handover The SCADA features of this plant are: 1- Ease of use, the operator only selects the type of animal feed and the number of batches required, then the SCADA takes care of the rest automatically until the final product, the operator only intervenes when necessary. 2- The names and quantities of raw materials required for a feed are stored in the SCADA database and can be modified/added/deleted at any time. 3- Warning and error messages appear on the screen to attract the operator attention. 4- Any Silo can be marked for maintenance and will not be used for filling/dossing operations. 5- If an error occurs in one of the factory components, it will not affect the next process, an error message will appear. 6- Each component (gate/motor) has its own operating record. 7- Level sensors as well as gates and motors can adjust their on/off delay times, SCADA monitors if the operator enters a wrong time sequence. 8- SCADA prepares a report of daily material quantities at the end of work shift. How it works (Briefly): -When selecting the feed to be produced, SCADA automatically distribute the quantities of materials required on the silos for the produced feed, when the weighting of the materials is over, the SCADA directs the feed raw materials, premix, calcium, additives and oil to either the mill or the mixer according to the type of the feed. - The raw materials are directed to a tank over the mixer (if the type of feed needs or does not need milling). When the rest of the feed ingredients are ready, all the materials are emptied into the mixer, and the mixing process begins at a specified time, during which the necessary amount of oil is added to the feed. - If the requested feed is not pressed then it will be directed to final product tanks after mixing stage. -If pressed feed is required, then after passing through the press, the feed remains in the cooler, and from it either it is grumbled then sieved and then directed to the production tanks OR from the cooler it directed to the production tank if it does not need to be grumbled and sifted. SCADA does all of this automatically. - The produced feed is transferred from tanks to packaging machines for loading onto trucks.
