To climb a mountain in winter you don't need to be an extreme athlete, you just have to choose a mountain that corresponds to your abilities. You can do it solo or in a group, however you must not forget to be well prepared, especially with regard to equipment. Don't forget that in the mountains the weather can change at any time, think about warm clothes.
