Welcome to my channel 'East Greets West Cookery'. I want to share with you this Pineapple Jam | Pineapple Paste recipe. 2 fresh pineapples 12 tablespoons sugar or more or less to taste 5 cloves 2 stick cinnamon Dried orange peel (optional) Instructions: Remove the skin of the pineapple, cut into pieces and blend or used the food processor to blend or grind. Transfer the blended pineapple into a deep pan (use non-stick if possible) but mine i like to used big kawali. Add cloves and cinnamon. stir well. Cook on medium to low heat until most liquid has evaporated and add in sugar keep stirring. Until pineapple jam turns golden in color. Remove from the stove and let cool . Thanks for watching.
