Hi there! Welcome! Today’s video we are making a Pineapple Paste that is use for filling for pineapple tart. It’s very delicious taste. In my own way I added some cardamom and saffron for the aroma. It makes more enjoyable in taste and more delicious. You have to try it. And I’m sure you’re gonna love it too. You can absolutely use fresh pineapple. In this video I use what i have at home which is pineapple canned. But it doesn’t spoil the taste. It is actually super delicious! Here’s all you need: 1 pineapple / 1 canned pineapple 435g or 400g 50g white sugar 20g brown sugar 2 cloves cardamom open ( optional ) Pinch of saffron ( optional ) 1/8 tsp salt 20g butter 1/4 tsp vanilla You don’t need really to add cardamom and saffron. I added them only for aroma. But you can leave them out if you don’t like or if you don’t have them. It will still remain delicious pineapple paste.
