While yin yoga is known for longer holds, we’ll keep them slightly shorter to ease you into the practice and still help you feel the full benefits of yin yoga. After a yang core workout, this yin session ☯️balances your energy☯️ by targeting the whole torso, including the abdominal, back muscles and even the deeper connective tissue, like the fascia. These effective poses will not only help relax the nervous system but also prevent muscle pain and injuries, making it an ideal post-workout routine. Following the principles of yin yoga—find your edge, be still, and hold the pose—you’ll build a strong 💫mind-body connection💫. To fully ease in, feel free to use (a lot of!) equipment like a bolster or pillows. This practice will leave you feeling restored and balanced, both physically and mentally.
