Gran Turismo 7 - Weekly Challenges - June Week 5 - Car Setups & Race Guides - ALL 5 RACES

Welcome to my guide to winning the Weekly Challenge Races for June Week 5 2024 on Gran Turismo 7. All THE RACES WERE COMPLETED ON HARD DIFFICULTY In this video I show you every race in this week’s Weekly Challenge for June Week 5 2024. I will show you my car setups, strategies and any notes I have for each race. Rewards for this week are: 1 event: 6-Star Roulette (Parts) 3 events: Credit Ticket: Cr: 150,000 5 events: 6-Star Roulette Ticket (Car) Rewards are shown at the end of the video. Jimny Cup - Sardegna Windmills Reverse This is a one make race featuring the Suzuki Jimny Items purchased in the Tuning Shop: Fully Customisable ECU Medium-RPM Turbocharger Weight Reduction: Stage 1 Weight Reduction: Stage 2 Weight Reduction: Stage 3 Increase Body Rigidity Dirt Tyres (Mandatory) Strategy: No strategy required. American ClubmanCup 700: Special Stage Route X Car Choice: Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Safety Car Items purchased in the Tuning Shop: High-End Torque Supercharger Racing Soft Tyres Strategy: No strategy required. Notes: Don’t change to 8th gear, keep the car in 7th gear. Once you’re in the lead make sure you break the slipstream to the car behind by moving across the track, make sure you’re not too aggressive with your steering or else you will lose too much speed. Once you’re more than 1 second ahead you don’t need to move across the track anymore, keep an eye on the gap to the car behind tho. Special Event: WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca Car Choice: Porsche 356 A/1500 GS GT Carrera Speedster ‘56 Items purchased in the Tuning Shop: Weight Reduction: Stage 1 Racing Soft Tyres Strategy: No strategy required. Note: You can use the cheaper Porsche 356 A/1500 GS Carrera ‘56 with the same tuning parts. The race is a little bit more challenging but you could definitely save yourself some money. Both of these cars are currently available for purchase in Legends Cars. Porsche Cup: Lake Maggiore Full Course Car Choice: Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) ‘22 Items purchased in the Tuning Shop: Fully Customisable ECU Power Restrictor Racing Hard Tyres Strategy: No strategy required. Gr.1 Prototype Series: Circuit de Sainte-Croix C Car Choice: SF23 Super Formula Honda Make sure you’re using your Overtake button, this is configured to your controller/ wheel to R3 by default. My Brake Balance is set to -2 for this race, this is personal preference and not required. Strategy: Start the race on Racing Medium Tyres, change the fuel to level 5 and keep it there the entire race, you will not need to make any pit stops. With this setup you will have 1 extra lap of fuel so if you need extra speed down the straights change the fuel to a lower level temporarily to gain more top speed, use it wisely tho. You will most likely not need to use the extra fuel. Some of the AI cars are very quick on the straights and they will pass you, however we can brake much later and we are faster through the corners so use that to your advantage. You can use this strategy with Racing Hard tyres instead but you can pretty much use the Racing Medium Tyres until they’re fully red without too many issues.
