Here's a link to my ko-fi page if you would like to support my channel: https://ko-fi.com/lacifay Let's connect!   / lacifay     / misslacifay   Here's the recipe for the Red-and-White Fruit Mold: 1 1-pound can (2 cups) fruit cocktail 1 package raspberry or strawberry flavored gelatin 1 package lemon flavored gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 6oz can frozen lemonade concentrate 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 2 cups. Heat 1 cup of mixture to boiling; add raspberry gelatin and stir to dissolve. Then add remaining syrup mixture. Pour gelatin mixture into a 6 1/2 or 7 cup mold, or pour equal amounts into individual molds. Chill till firm. Meanwhile dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; add lemonade concentrate. Blend in mayonnaise. Chill till partially set; then stir in fruit cocktail. Pour over first layer and chill till firm. Unmold individual salads on rings of pineapple, and trim each with a ruffle of leaf lettuce. For elegance, serve salads on platter centered with luscious, fruit-filled Honeydew Bowl. I got a PO box!
